- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with mixed berries.
