Delicious Chicken Alfredo served in crispy garlic bread bowls.
Ingredients

- 4 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 4 large bread bowls
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and Alfredo sauce.
- In a separate bowl, combine butter, garlic, and parsley.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture inside and outside of the bread bowls.
- Fill each bread bowl with the pasta and chicken mixture.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
- Adjust garlic to taste.
- Can substitute Alfredo sauce with homemade or store-bought.
