Delicious Chicken Alfredo served in crispy garlic bread bowls.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 4 large bread bowls
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and Alfredo sauce.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine butter, garlic, and parsley.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture inside and outside of the bread bowls.
  5. Fill each bread bowl with the pasta and chicken mixture.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use leftover rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
  • Adjust garlic to taste.
  • Can substitute Alfredo sauce with homemade or store-bought.
