A delicious twist on classic chicken alfredo in a fun monkey bread form.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine biscuit pieces with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and melted butter.
  5. In a bundt pan, layer half of the biscuit pieces, followed by half of the chicken mixture and half of the mozzarella.
  6. Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients.
  7. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
