A twist on classic sloppy joes using chicken and alfredo sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup alfredo sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in alfredo sauce and mix well.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Toast the hamburger buns.
- Spoon chicken mixture onto buns and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Serve immediately.

- Use any leftover alfredo sauce.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
