- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup carrots, diced

- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine chicken broth, heavy cream, carrots, celery, and onion. Bring to a simmer.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add melted butter and milk. Stir until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dumpling mixture into the simmering broth.
- Cover and cook for 15 minutes, or until dumplings are cooked through.
- Add shredded chicken and stir gently.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
