Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Mix shredded chicken, mashed avocado, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the mixture on one slice of bread.
- Top with shredded cheese and cover with the other slice of bread.
- Grill the sandwich in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
- Slice and serve hot.
