Description

Creamy and cheesy stuffed shells filled with chicken and broccoli.


Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix chicken, broccoli, ricotta, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each shell with the chicken and broccoli mixture.
  5. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place stuffed shells in the dish and top with remaining Alfredo sauce.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • Feel free to add more vegetables if desired.
  • You can use store-bought or homemade Alfredo sauce.
  • This dish can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
