A delicious chicken Caesar croissant sandwich packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 croissants
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup croutons
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice croissants in half.
- In a bowl, mix chicken with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
- Layer the chicken mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Add chopped romaine lettuce and croutons on top.
- Place the top half of the croissant on the sandwich.
- Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve warm.

- Use leftover chicken for convenience.
- Adjust dressing to your taste.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
