Ingredients

  • 2 croissants
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup croutons

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice croissants in half.
  3. In a bowl, mix chicken with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Layer the chicken mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Add chopped romaine lettuce and croutons on top.
  6. Place the top half of the croissant on the sandwich.
  7. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
