Ingredients

  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and cook diced chicken until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, egg yolks, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Drain spaghetti and add to the pan with chicken.
  6. Remove pan from heat and quickly mix in cream mixture.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with parsley before serving.
