- 200g spaghetti
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 100ml heavy cream
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and cook diced chicken until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, egg yolks, and Parmesan cheese.
- Drain spaghetti and add to the pan with chicken.
- Remove pan from heat and quickly mix in cream mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
- Do not overcook the cream mixture to avoid scrambling the eggs.
