A delightful twist on classic lasagna featuring chicken, ham, and cheese layers.
Ingredients

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, diced ham, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 4 lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
- Add half of the chicken and ham mixture, followed by a layer of mozzarella and Swiss cheese.
- Repeat layers, ending with noodles on top.
- Spread remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- Let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes before serving.
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
