  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until soft.
  3. Add diced potatoes and corn, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  6. Add shredded chicken, heavy cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
  7. Simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve hot.
