Description

Chicken fillet cooked in a spicy, creamy garlic-parmesan sauce served with crispy fries.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. Remove chicken and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  7. Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Meanwhile, toss fries with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
  10. Bake fries for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  11. Serve chicken with sauce over the top and fries on the side. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
  • For extra flavor, marinate chicken before cooking.
  • Use fresh parsley for garnish for a pop of color.
