Description
Chicken fillet cooked in a spicy, creamy garlic-parmesan sauce served with crispy fries.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, toss fries with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Bake fries for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Serve chicken with sauce over the top and fries on the side. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken before cooking.
- Use fresh parsley for garnish for a pop of color.
