Ingredients

  • 1 onion, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, grated onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  2. Mix well and form into small oval-shaped koftas.
  3. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.

  5. In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
