- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 onion, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, grated onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Mix well and form into small oval-shaped koftas.
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the koftas for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
- Serve the koftas hot with the creamy yogurt sauce on the side.
