Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add heavy cream, 1 cup Parmesan, garlic powder, and nutmeg.
- Stir until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with pasta or bread.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
