- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 tbsp ketchup

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread additional ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until fully cooked.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
