Description
A delicious blend of chicken parmesan flavors in a grilled cheese sandwich.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add shredded chicken and marinara sauce on top of the bread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the chicken.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and cook until the other side is golden and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes.
Notes
- Use leftover chicken for faster preparation.
- Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
