A delicious chicken quesadilla filled with cheese and spices.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup onions, sliced
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
- Add shredded chicken and taco seasoning, mix well.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet, add chicken mixture and cheese on one half.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with salsa and sour cream.
- Use any cheese of your choice.
