Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons ground paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cayenne pepper, olive oil, yogurt, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Add the chicken thighs and coat them well with the mixture.
  3. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
  7. Serve with creamy garlic sauce and garnish with parsley.
