Description

- 1/2 cup chipotle sauce
- 8 tostada shells
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a pan, heat the chipotle sauce over medium heat.
- Add the shredded chicken and mix well.
- Cook for 5 minutes or until heated through.
- Arrange tostada shells on a serving plate.
- Top each tostada with the chicken mixture.
- Add diced tomatoes and chopped onion on top.
- Garnish with avocado slices and queso fresco.
- Sprinkle fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less chipotle sauce.
- You can use store-bought rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Serve immediately for crispy tostadas.
