- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges

- 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Brown the chicken pieces in the pan for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in the white wine and chicken broth.
- Add potato wedges to the pan.
- Bring to a simmer, then cover the pan and transfer it to the oven.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
