- 1 cup ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in bell pepper, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and chili paste, mix well.
- Stir in green onions, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
