Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

- Meanwhile, cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- In a small bowl, mix coconut milk and lime juice for the drizzle.
- Serve the chili chicken over rice and drizzle with coconut lime sauce.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.
