Description

Chimichurri chicken is a flavorful grilled dish marinated in a vibrant chimichurri sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a plastic bag and pour half of the chimichurri sauce over them. Seal and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  5. Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with remaining chimichurri sauce on top.

  • Chicken can be marinated overnight for more flavor.
