A flavorful bowl featuring grilled chicken topped with chimichurri sauce and garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chimichurri sauce
  • 1/4 cup garlic sauce
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, onions)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. While chicken is cooking, sauté mixed vegetables in a pan until tender.
  5. Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Slice the grilled chicken.
  7. In a bowl, layer cooked rice, sautéed vegetables, sliced chicken, chimichurri, and garlic sauce.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of chimichurri sauce to your taste.
  • Feel free to use quinoa instead of rice.
