Description
A delicious pastry filled with chocolate and hazelnut cream.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter and bring to a boil.
- Stir in flour and salt until the mixture pulls away from the sides of the pan.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
- Pipe the dough into a ring shape on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool completely.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Cut the pastry in half and fill with chocolate hazelnut spread and whipped cream.
