  • 100g praline, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add sour cream and mix well.
  6. Incorporate melted chocolate and eggs, mixing until combined.
  7. Pour the batter over the crust.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
  9. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
