- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Pour the filling into the baked pie crust.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before serving.
