Description

A simple and delicious no-bake cheesecake made with chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  5. Fold in whipped cream and chocolate chips.
  6. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  8. Slice and serve cold.

Notes

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for best results.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
  • Top with extra chocolate chips if desired.
