- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter, softened

- 1/2 cup brewed coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add butter, eggs, coffee, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Fill cupcake liners with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let cupcakes cool completely.
- Frost with chocolate coffee cream frosting.
