Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup brewed espresso
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix bananas and melted butter.
- Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla; stir until combined.
- Mix in baking soda and salt.
- Gradually add flour and cocoa powder; mix until just combined.
- Stir in brewed espresso and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.

- Use ripe bananas for the best flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
