Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add sour cream, cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
  5. Stir in melted chocolate until well blended.
  6. Pour mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  8. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
