- 200g chocolate biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 300g cream cheese
- 200g dark chocolate, melted
- 100g powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 orange
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Crush the chocolate biscuits and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, melted chocolate, and powdered sugar.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice to the mixture.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the biscuit base.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled.

- Let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating.
