A rich and creamy chocolate peanut butter pie with a graham cracker crust.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In another bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
- Spread the peanut butter filling over the cooled crust.
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the pie.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Use natural peanut butter for a healthier option.
- Top with additional whipped cream if desired.
