- 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat honey and peanut butter over medium heat until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Add Rice Krispies cereal and mix well.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch pan.
- Melt chocolate chips and spread over the top.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- You can substitute almond butter for peanut butter.
- For a crunchier texture, use crunchy peanut butter.
