- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix Rice Krispies and peanut butter.
- In a saucepan, heat honey and chocolate chips over low heat until melted.
- Add vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the Rice Krispies and mix well.
- Scoop the mixture into muffin cups and press down.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove from muffin cups and serve.
