Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, dark chocolate chips, honey, and almond butter.
- Add oats, chopped nuts, and salt to the mixture.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container.
- These bars can be frozen for longer storage.
