Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine rice, milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
  4. Add vanilla extract and chocolate chips, stirring until melted.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
