Ingredients

- 1 cup Arborio rice
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a pot, combine rice, milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
- Add vanilla extract and chocolate chips, stirring until melted.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Can be served warm or chilled.
- Top with whipped cream or additional chocolate if desired.
