Description
A rich and moist chocolate cake made with semolina.
Ingredients

- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine semolina, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
- Grease a baking pan and pour the batter into it.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- This cake pairs well with whipped cream.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
