A rich and creamy chocolate strawberry swirl cheesecake that combines the flavors of chocolate and fresh strawberries.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup melted chocolate
- 1 cup strawberry puree
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
- Divide the batter in half. Mix melted chocolate into one half and strawberry puree into the other half.
- Pour chocolate batter over the crust, then dollop strawberry batter on top.
- Use a knife to swirl the two batters together.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the edges are set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
