Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g unsalted butter
- 150g brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 50g toffee bits
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs and brown sugar until combined.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Stir in the flour, toffee bits, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with ice cream or cream.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be made ahead of time and reheated.
