Ingredients

- 1 Italian hoagie roll
- 4 slices of salami
- 4 slices of capicola
- 4 slices of mortadella
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the hoagie roll in half.
- Layer the salami, capicola, and mortadella on the bottom half of the roll.
- Add the provolone cheese on top of the meats.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced onions.
- Drizzle Italian dressing over the toppings.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Close the sandwich with the top half of the roll.
- Slice in half and serve.
