Delicious churro cheesecake bars with a cinnamon sugar topping.
Ingredients

- 1 package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 1/4 cup of sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- These bars can be frozen for longer storage.
- Adjust cinnamon sugar to taste.
