Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 4 large eggs

  • 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes and pecans.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, cream, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture over the bread and pecans. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
