Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix until combined.
  5. Spread the batter into a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before cutting into bars.
