Delicious cinnamon roll blondies with a gooey cinnamon swirl.
Ingredients

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar and melted butter.
- Add eggs and vanilla, then mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Spread half of the batter in a greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar, then swirl it into the remaining batter.
- Top the first layer with the cinnamon mixture, then add the rest of the batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for the glaze, drizzle over cooled blondies.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can add nuts for extra crunch.
- Let them cool completely before cutting.
