Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  4. Stir in vanilla and sour cream.
  5. In another bowl, mix cinnamon roll dough, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  6. Layer the cinnamon mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cinnamon layer.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
  9. Allow to cool before serving.
