A delicious blend of cinnamon rolls and cheesecake.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of cream cheese
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of cinnamon roll dough
- 1/4 cup of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in vanilla and sour cream.
- In another bowl, mix cinnamon roll dough, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- Layer the cinnamon mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cinnamon layer.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother mixture.
- Cut cinnamon rolls into small pieces for even distribution.
