Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Pour pancake batter onto a heated griddle.
- Sprinkle cinnamon mixture on top of each pancake.
- Flip pancakes when bubbles form.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and milk until smooth.
- Stack pancakes and drizzle with glaze.
