Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour batter onto skillet in desired sizes.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
- For glaze, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Drizzle glaze over pancakes before serving.
