Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk or non-dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/4 cup raisins or currants
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine oats, milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Add Greek yogurt and mix until combined.
- Fold in chopped nuts and raisins.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve cold the next morning, topped with additional nuts or syrup if desired.
