Ingredients

- 1 package of croissant dough
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the croissant dough and cut it into triangles.
- Melt the butter and brush it on the dough.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the buttered dough.
- Roll the dough triangles tightly from the wide end to the point.
- Place the rolled dough into muffin tins.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
